Usain Bolt breaks the 100m world record AGAIN!

Jamaican Usain Bolt added the world crown to his Olympic title as he scorched to victory in a world record 9.58 seconds in the men's 100m final at the World Athletics Championships here on Sunday. Billed as the first of three potential duels between Bolt and American reigning world champion Tyson Gay, the 22-year-old show-boating Jamaican crushed the field.
Gay claimed silver in 9.71sec, a good couple of metres off Bolt, with former world record holder Asafa Powell of Jamaica clocking 9.84sec for bronze. The Jamaican, who took the Beijing Olympics by storm last summer, winning three sprint golds all in world record times, had overcome a nervy semi-final in which he false started for the first-ever time. But this time around he enjoyed his normal start, his head staying down over the first 40 metres before slowly bringing his towering 6ft 5in frame fully upright and lengthening out his stride to attain maximum velocity. After having enraptured the crowd with his trademark bow-and-arrow posing, his pull was exemplary and he was soon away from his rivals and celebrating another new world record.

But not bad for the twins, first time representing Brunei. Still young. Experiences is the most important thing. They really do their best like Redzali break his PB in 4x400m and too bad that his injured, so he can't jump and break his best jump. Nazery also not that bad, 1st time running representing Brunei is a honour. So, he said that he will do the best for the next competition to come.

This is Me (Johardi) with the 2 best Coaches Coach Haji Sharon and Coach Johan. The only medalist from Kb are myself (Johardi). I won teh 4x400m Bronze medal. Thanks for the rest of the teams that is Ak Afi (Urat madu), Khalid (The superman) and Faisal (Star).

The 3 choosen athtletes from Kb schemes under 23 are Redzal, Nazery and Me (Johardi). Redzali and Nazery are in Team 'B' while Johardi are representing the Brunei 'A' Team. Redzali's main event are long jump and 4x400m 'B' team, Nazery competed in the long jump event, 4x400m 'B' team and 400m individual while myself (Johardi) competed in the 4x100m 'B' Team, 4x400m 'A' team and 400m individual.

The 6th Bimp-eaga friendship games was held here in Brunei from 28th unil 30th November finally over. Final results are Brunei team 'A' got the 3rd place with 12 golds, 9 silver and 14 bronze. This is the best Bimp-eaga games ever because this is the 1st time Brunei got many golds and top three in the final results of the Bimp-eaga games.

Kb track athlete Nazery, Redzali and myself (Johardi) last thursday and saturday went to Bandar stadium for the BIMP-EAGA fitness test. BIMP-EAGA is actually a friendly competition between the four countries that is Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines under 21 years old.
